I’ve rented off & on from Smart Choice Properties since 2016- they are really great people. They will work with you & also any problems you have, will be addressed & fixed as soon as possible. I am thankful for great landlords & they have been every bit of that. The only thing I will add is that they are not smoke-free, and allow smoking on property's. So if you have small children be mindful or ask questions.

Looking forward to moving out. After living at the Orchard ave apartments ive had a few problems. I've had 2 packages stolen, my truck was broken into, items were stolen off my truck and moving trailer. A lady down the road like to pan handle. She will beg for money, food, or to use ur phone. Then having a creepy neighbor that makes everyone uncomfortable with his words and actions. Nothing is done about him or what he does. Like watching people though a camera. He constantly stares at me no matter what im doing or dressed like. He tries to constantly talk to me or get involved with what im doing. As a woman I dont feel safe here. Even more so just coming home and walking past him. Then having a fruit fly problem from my neighbor. I keep my place very clean but the hallway would have so many flies and bugs coming from next door. It took them moving out for the bugs to stop. During the summer they opened the pool and enforced rules that prevented parties or large gatherings. That only stopped them for a week. The amount of times a pool party was playing loud music after dark is way too many. Many nights I couldn't sleep at night from the constant noise when the pool was closed for the night. Yes they have cameras but that doesnt stop people from doing whatever they want. If you want to live in the ghetto and not have nice things just move here.

I have been a tenant with Smart Choice Properties for some time. The company itself goes beyond expectation. They are friendly, professional, accommodating. My personal experience with Lad has been great! The complex I live in is small, quiet, the apartment itself when I moved in was fully ready for when I was ready to move. If anyone is looking into a company to rent from I highly recommend contacting them.
